Cool Dads are involved Dads 

We will have veteran dads available to share experiences from Labor, Delivery, and the Postpartum phase.  As a group we  will discuss:

• changes in your relationship now as dad & mom
• adding a baby to your household with changes in responsibilities
• role as dad and your importance in the home
• safety at home and vehicle
• postpartum depression
• how to be involved and bond with your baby
• supporting breastfeeding for mom and baby
