We are here to provide you with accurate information and tools to help you cope through labor while feeling confident and respected in your choices for a powerful and positive birthing experience.


During this one day Saturday class we will discuss:

  • Managing remaining pregnancy
  • When to go to the hospital
  • Stages of labor
  • Positions for laboring at home and hospital
  • How to support the laboring person: breathing, massage, relaxation, ect.
  • Medical interventions: induction, intervention, pain management options
  • Vaginal and Cesarean delivery
  • Normal newborn behavior
  • Caring for the new family after delivery
