Childbirth Education: 

During this one day class we will discuss:

• Managing the remainder of your pregnancy
• When to go to the hospital
• Stages of labor
• Positions for laboring at home and hospital
• How to support the laboring person: breathing, massage, relaxation, ect.
• Medical interventions: Induction/Augmentation, pain management, fetal heart rate, and delivery interventions
• Vaginal and Cesarean delivery
• Immediate post-birth cares
• Caring for the new family after delivery

Car Seat Safety: (Currently Unavailable)

By the end of the class you will feel confident in:

• Installing your car seat in any vehicle
• When to switch your car seat from rear to forward facing
• Buckling and using your car sear properly
• Age/Weight/Height limits for your specific car seat
• Finding local car seat installation stations

***You will bring the car seat you wish to use to class, learn about it, and have it installed in your vehicle by your certified instructor.***
