Managing labor comes with 4 components:
Balanced Mind, Body, Baby, Breath
Balanced Mind:
You can balance your mind by relinquishing the fears you hold, encouraging oxytocin to flow readily through your body to reduce your perceptions of pain.
Balanced Body:
Stretching throughout your pregnancy can help relieve muscle/ligament tension throughout your body to provide more comfort to you now as well as make more room for baby in your pelvis.
Balanced Baby:
Babies job is being in an optimal position and you can guide your baby here by gentle stretching and good posture.
Balanced Breath:
Focused breathing brings oxygen to your mind and muscles keeping you focused on pain management as well as pelvic floor and ligaments lengthened and relaxed for baby to move through with ease.
